HEMA has made its internal knowledge assistant HAL, built on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, accessible through MCP in tools including Kiro and Claude. Developers, product owners and business analysts use it to look up documentation, APIs and service ownership. External clients authenticate through Microsoft Entra ID without AWS credentials. HAL is currently read-only; account provisioning remains a planned next step.
