Anthropic has launched interviews conducted by Anthropic Interviewer about users’ positive and negative experiences with AI and what they want from AI companies. The study is open through October 6 to Free, Pro, and Max users of Claude and Claude Code whose accounts are at least two weeks old. Participants can choose afterward whether to publish their full interview, but its contents could identify them, and copies saved by others cannot be deleted.
